The front office, from
first email to signed IC vote.
Deals arrive three ways — inbound, sourced, or as a founder application — and land in the same pipeline with the same record shape. Everything a partner does to a deal after that happens on the deal, not in a thread about the deal.
Three intakes, one record.
Pipeline management
Deals move through stages carrying priority, sector and status, with separate views for inbound, outbound and founder applications. Each deal has its own page holding documents, notes, checklist items, communications, reviews and committee votes.
Founder applications
Founders apply through a structured form instead of emailing a deck. A half-finished application saves itself so they can come back to it, and the finished one lands directly in the pipeline as a deal with searchable answers rather than a PDF.
DSignal Score
A 12-factor score computed from the signals that predict a follow-on. It orders the list; it does not make the decision, and every factor behind a score is inspectable.
Follow-ups
Reminder records that fire their own emails — the layer that stops a deal going cold while everyone assumes someone else has it.
The evidence, in one place, with a decision at the end.
Checklists and documents
Per-deal checklists, and documents with internal and shared visibility held apart, so what the founder can see is a property of the file rather than a habit.
Reference checks
The referee gets a private link and submits directly — no account to create, nothing to install. Responses are then summarised for the file.
Reviews and committee votes
Structured votes with verdict tallies — approve, pass, track — recorded against the deal so the decision trail survives the partner who made it.
Psychometric assessment
Assessment results arrive automatically from the provider and attach to the deal rather than to somebody’s inbox.
The outbound half, tracked.
Pitch pages and tracked sharing
Every deal can have a hosted pitch page, including a founder intro video. Sharing happens through a unique link per recipient with open counts, and the deal owner is emailed when it is opened. Print-optimised and PDF versions come with it.
Meetings
Google Calendar and Meet integration creates the event, adds the founder and the analyst, and sends the invitations and reminders. Meeting requests are tracked as records in their own right.
Outreach sequences
Multi-step sequences with configurable delays and personalisation fields, in email or WhatsApp format, with enrolment tracked per contact.
Scout network
Venture partners and scouts get their own role and surface to refer deals and see what happened to them — the loop that normally dies in a WhatsApp message.
The factors behind a DSignal Score are read from records this system already holds — the relationship graph, the round, the sector, the founder’s own submitted answers. Nothing is scraped and nothing is guessed, so a score you disagree with can be argued with by opening the rows underneath it.
It is not a mail client. Email and WhatsApp go out through the sequence engine and meetings sync through Google Calendar, but your inbox stays where it is — we do not ask you to live in a second one.
See it on your own data.
Forty minutes, a workspace shaped like your fund, and no deck. If it does not replace something you already pay for, we will say so and end early.
