Pricing
Priced on your fund, not your headcount
Start free with no card. After that you pay on the size of the fund you run — so the price stays a small share of your management fee, and you are never charged for bringing another person in.

Pro is priced on fund size
Same product, same features, whichever band you are in — a larger fund gets a larger AI allowance and pays a share of its management fee, not a fee per person. Seats are never metered, so bring the whole team in.

Frequently asked
What does it cost?
Nothing to start — the free plan has no card and no trial countdown. Beyond that, Solo is $124 a month billed yearly, and Pro starts at $625 a month billed yearly for funds under $50M and rises with fund size. Enterprise is quoted against your fund and your requirements rather than listed. Monthly billing is available on Solo and Pro at a slightly higher rate — $149 and $750 respectively.
Why is Pro priced on fund size?
Because a fund's software budget comes out of its management fee, and that fee is a percentage of the fund. Pricing on assets under management keeps what you pay proportional to what you can pay: a $30M first fund and a $300M third fund get exactly the same product, and neither is asked for a number that makes no sense for its stage.
Do you charge per seat?
No, and we do not intend to. Per-seat pricing makes funds ration logins, which means the analyst who should be putting notes into the system is emailing them to someone who has an account. Every paid plan above Solo has unlimited users. Founder and LP portal accounts are free and always will be.
What exactly does the free plan include?
One user, one active deal, and the full pipeline around it — stages, notes, trackable pitch links, follow-up reminders and basic analytics. DSignal AI and the outside integrations (Notion, Google Sheets) are not included, and there is only the one seat. It is a real deal run end to end, not a countdown.
What is an AI credit?
A credit is the unit we bill AI work in — a small question costs very little, a full LP report or investment memo costs more, because it genuinely reads more of your data. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that comfortably covers normal use, you can see what you have used in Settings, and you can top up if a heavy month comes along. Nothing switches off without telling you first.
What if we use a lot of AI?
Two options. Top up credits as you go, or bring your own AI provider key — you pay your model provider directly at their rates, and we charge only a small infrastructure fee. Larger funds usually prefer the second, and on Enterprise it is what we recommend.
What counts as a workspace?
A workspace is one company or fund — its own deal data, team, and settings. Every plan has exactly one. If you run a second fund, it gets its own workspace and its own account, so the two never see each other's deals.
What's included in DSignal AI?
DSignal AI includes FundIQ™ (natural-language portfolio queries), Portfolio Sentinel (automated monitoring), and LP Report Engine. It is part of Solo, Pro and Enterprise — the plans differ in how much AI work is included each month, not in which features you get.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Signing up asks for your name, email and fund — nothing else.
Are you going to start charging me without warning?
No. The free plan stays free, and nothing you are using today starts billing without you choosing it.
What happens when we raise a bigger fund?
You move up a band at your next renewal, not the day you close. We will tell you rather than wait for you to notice — a surprise invoice is a bad way to be reminded of good news.
Discounts for emerging managers?
The under-$50M band is the discount, and it is on the price list rather than behind a negotiation. If you are a first-time manager and that number is still a stretch, email sales@deelsignal.com and tell us where you are — we would rather have you early.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You get 30 days to export your data via Settings > Export. After 30 days, all workspace data is permanently deleted.
Enterprise
Need a custom quote?
