For founders

Four fields, once a month.

Not another investor portal.

You already send updates. The problem is that every investor wants them in a different shape, and none of it comes back to you as anything useful.

What we ask of you

Under two minutes, and it is structured.

01

Revenue, burn, headcount, a note

That is the form. Period, period type, revenue, burn rate, headcount, a narrative box and an optional document. Structured at source, so nobody has to reconstruct it from your deck later.

Before: a bespoke spreadsheet per investor, re-typed four times a quarter.
02

Your runway is computed, not asserted

Cash and burn give a number both sides can see. If it crosses a threshold, your investor knows before the quarterly — which is when a bridge conversation is still an easy one.

Before: finding out in month five that your lead had no idea.
03

Attach the thing you already wrote

Board deck, monthly email, cap table export. It lands on the record instead of in an inbox.

Before: "can you re-send the deck from March?"
04

You see what they see

No separate reality. The submission you made is the record your investor reads.

Before: guessing what got summarised into the partner meeting.
05

Ask instead of emailing to ask

DSignal FounderAI answers questions about your own deal — where it stands, what is outstanding, which milestones are logged — without you writing to the analyst and waiting two days. It is explicitly walled off from the rest of the fund: it cannot see another portfolio company, the fund's ownership or carry economics, or the fund's internal risk alerts on you.

Before: "just checking in on where things stand" — sent, then re-sent a week later.
06

What we will not do with it

Your submissions are visible to the fund you sent them to. They are not pooled into a benchmark product, and they are not sold. If that ever changes it will be an opt-in with a signature, not a policy update.

Before: — an aggregation product you were the training data for.

DSignal Founder exists because reconstructing a number is strictly worse than being handed it.

No competitor on our comparison pages has a founder-facing side. One of them built machine learning to extract from PDFs what this form captures structured in ninety seconds.
